Matt Cooper

Matt Cooper is a former professional NRL player. He represented NSW in the State of Origin and played his entire NRL career for the St George Illawarra Dragons, with whom he won the 2010 NRL grand final.
Cooper was named as one of Australia’s hottest 100 Men by New Woman magazine. In 2005 & in 2006 Cooper took out the title of adidas Active Skincare Sexiest Man in League – the only player to win the award twice. He was also named a “God” in the 2008 Gods of Football campaign, helping to support the McGrath Foundation charity.
Since leaving the game, Matt has been a television regular with a residency on Channel 9’s The Footy Show and a finalist spot on Channel 7’s Dancing With the Stars. 2016 saw Matt take on his biggest challenge yet when he competed against other celebrities on Channel 9’s The Celebrity Apprentice.
